Automatic line for finishing concrete pavers and slabs

The productive technology of pavers and slabs in concrete material, based on the use of vibropresses, does not guarantee the production of products at constant height. This defect may cause some problems in the phase of laying the slabs and the pavers even though it is not very big.
To solve these disadvantages Cassani manufactures automatic and semi-automatic lines which include the following machines:

WORKFLOW

1. DE- PALLETTIZING UNIT of the cured products.
2. TILTING DEVICE (to prepare the piece for the calibration of the lower side)
3. CALIBRATING MACHINE (to calibrate the lower side of the product. It has mechanical functioning of the spindle. Utilization of cylindrical diamond tools that ensure high performance and durability).
4. TILTING DEVICE (to prepare the piece for the grinding of the upper side)
5. GRINDING MACHINE (Stand-alone and separate frame. The removal of material is carried out in the first heads through diamond ring tools. The following heads are equipped with powerful motors and abrasives in silicon carbide. They ensure further removal of material and prepare the products for next processes. Calibrating and grinding machines produce pavers and slabs with uniform planarity within a tolerance of tenth of millimetres).
6. DRYING STATION (using high efficiency fans)

7. SHOTBLASTING MACHINE. It produces concrete artifacts with a rough and satin surface.
8. RE-PALLETTIZING UNIT for automatic cubing of the finished products.
9. HORIZONTAL STRAPPING MACHINE 
10. ERTICAL STRAPPING MACHINE
