Whole Automatic Finishing Line For Concrete Blocks

The productive technology of blocks, pavers and  slabs in concrete material,  based on the use of vibropresses, does not guarantee the production of products  at constant height. This defect may  cause some  problems such as  in wall construction even if thickness differences are small.
To solve these disadvantages Cassani builds automatic and semi-automatic lines which  include the following machines:

WORK FLOW

- DE-PALLETTIZING DEVICE  for cured block for single/double line feeding.
POSSIBLE WORKING IN AUTOMATIC PROCESS
- BLOCK HEIGHT/THICKNESS ADJUSTMENT: The Calibration (can be performed on one side or on both sides by tilting the block).
- BLOCK FRONT SIDE GRINDING PROCESS: Automatic positioning of block on the side to be worked and consequently grinded by means of a “multi-core machine”.
- RE-PALLETTIZING UNIT of block for pack forming.

Insertion in the LINE of POLISHING MACHINES
(In a separate and independent construction. They receive the product already polished in some parts from the Grinding Machine and they are able to give and optimum efficiency eve under high production rates).
