The waxing treatment can add great value to interior tiles that
have been grinded and polished: an enhanced appearance of the
polish and shine and strengthened absorption resistance against
spots or stains from liquids. Coating is an alternative treatment to add
brightness and shine and hydro-repellence, using easily-available wax.

The coating alternative works in a similar manner, with a furnace tunnel, a coating machine where atomised paint is applied, and a final furnace tunnel to dry the paint.

Engineered FOR EXCELLENT RESULTS
- Dry tiles made to pass in a tunnel drying oven to bring them to the right temperature and make them absorbent to the liquid wax.
- In the LUX, a wax dispenser with adjustable flow releases wax over passing product and brushes spread the wax for full absorption.
- The oscillating bridge and adjustable pneumatic pressure of the brushes guarantee uniform waxing.
