The first step in designing your plant is understanding your production needs:

– Productivity: the level of output per hour/shift required

Starting from this end-product specification, plant space and budget, our multi-lingual technical department will work alongside you to design a custom production line that meets your needs.

We will present you our wide range of available finishes, including grinding, polishing, shot blasting, brushing and waxing, among many others, and the equipment required to deliver them.

Finally, we will discuss further levels of automation through complementary machines such as robots to transport trays to and from curing, steam cells for accelerated curing, palletisers, and strapping/wrapping equipment.

This same technical team will provide direct ongoing support to assist you during all the implementation phases.

On delivery of the equipment, our team of mechanical and electrical engineering team will arrive at your location for assembly and testing. These engineers are always on call and can travel to any destination to assist customers. Furthermore, they can train your personnel on how to get the most out of your Cassani Longinotti equipment.
